At Stop and Shop Studio, we strive to provide you with the finest traditional Indian wear and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our easy return and exchange policy.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging, including the garment bag or box.
- Return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items on sale or customized garments are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Steps to Return or Exchange an Item

Initiate a Request:
- Contact our customer support team at support@stopandshopstudio.com or via WhatsApp at (+91-930-021-1461) to initiate a return or exchange. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return or exchange.

Approval:
- Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Shipping the Item:
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. You will be responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or wrong product sent.

Processing Time:
- Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Refund/Exchange:
- For returns, once the item is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you after your return is processed. Please note that exchange availability depends on stock.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or made-to-order garments
- Sale or clearance items
- Items with signs of wear, alterations, or damage
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Orders that are already shipped cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return as per our policy.
Important Notes:
- Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer.
- Refunds are processed in the original mode of payment and cannot be adjusted to another payment method.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect.
